At GULLIQ, all products are made to order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner Quikink. We strive to deliver high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction.
Returns
Since all products are printed specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Change of mind
Wrong size selected by the customer
Personal preference
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
A damaged product
A defective product
An item different from what you ordered
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:
Order number
Clear photos of the product
Description of the issue
After verification, we will provide either:
A free replacement, or
A full refund (if replacement is not possible)
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they enter production.
Once an order has been processed and sent for printing, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Lost Shipments
If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will assist in investigating the issue with the shipping carrier.

Important: As a print-on-demand store, products are manufactured specifically for each customer order. Therefore, returns and exchanges are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled items.
